If you are in the UK and searching for AG1 gummies, there are two things worth knowing: they are not listed on AG1's UK site yet, and they are a different product from the powder, not a chewable version of it.

What is in AG1 Essentials Gummies?

According to AG1's product page, a serving of eight gummies provides 5g of fibre and a multivitamin including vitamin C 200mg, vitamin D 20µg, vitamin A 750µg, vitamin E 15mg, thiamin 1.2mg, riboflavin 2mg, niacin 12mg, folate 400µg, vitamin B12 2.4µg, pantothenic acid 5mg, zinc 7mg, vitamin K2 120µg and magnesium 20mg. It is sweetened with cane sugar and allulose, with no artificial sweeteners. AG1 describes it as around 50 ingredients in total.

AG1 gummies vs AG1 powder

They do different jobs. The powder puts 70+ ingredients into one scoop, including greens, adaptogens and bacterial cultures. The gummies focus on fibre and core vitamins and minerals in a chewable format. If you want the powder's full formula, the gummies are not a like-for-like swap; if you have stopped taking a powder because of the mixing, a gummy removes that step.

GUUDIES splits its formula across six separate gummies, each declared on the label:
