The metabolism supplement category is one of the most cluttered in the wellness aisle. Green tea extract, cayenne, raspberry ketones, garcinia, the usual rotating cast. Most are dosed below the level that shows up in research, most rely on a single mechanism, and most overpromise dramatic weight effects that don't materialise.
We took a different angle when formulating Metabolic. Instead of chasing the latest trending ingredient, we picked three botanicals that each have actual published clinical research behind them, at meaningful doses.
Saffron (Crocus sativus) is the headline. It's the most expensive spice in the world and it has one of the strongest evidence bases of any single botanical for mood support, satiety, and emotional eating behaviour. Clinical trials typically use 30mg daily. We dose at 90mg, which sits within the safe, studied range.
Eriocitrin is the main polyphenol in lemon, studied for its effects on lipid metabolism and as a powerful antioxidant. Most lemon supplements rely on Vitamin C, but eriocitrin is the more interesting compound from a metabolic angle.
Blood orange extract brings anthocyanins, the deep red pigments studied for vascular and metabolic markers. Sicilian blood orange (Moro and Tarocco varieties) is the type most studied in research.
What we don't claim: we don't sell weight loss. Real sustainable change comes from sleep, food and movement. What Metabolic does is support the underlying mood and metabolic pathways, dosed honestly, in one gummy a day inside your daily mini pouch.
