GUUDIES was created to make daily wellness simpler, smarter, and genuinely enjoyable. Like many people, we were tired of supplement routines that felt complicated, cluttered, and inconsistent — tubs everywhere, confusing labels, and products that promised a lot but delivered very little.
So we decided to build something better.

At GUUDIES, we obsess over what goes into your body and what doesn’t.
That’s why each gummy contains just 0.4g of sugar, up to 85% less than other brands like Goli (1g), SWOLY (2g), and Vitafusion (3g per serving). Even after eating all 6 GUUDIES, you’ve only had the sugar of one Haribo gummy bear.
No crash. No compromise.
Why we don’t use artificial sweeteners (and never will):
Many “health” gummies rely on cheap sugar alcohols like maltitol to cut calories.
But for our co-founder, even a single gummy with maltitol meant tummy cramps, gas, and bloating. Why? Because your body can’t fully absorb maltitol — it gets fermented by gut bacteria, which can cause major digestive discomfort, especially if you have IBS or a sensitive gut.
GUUDIES skips all that.
Instead, we use a light touch of tapioca syrup (a natural sweetener from cassava root) with a low glycemic index, meaning:
- A gentle sweetness without the blood sugar spike
- Kind on your gut
- No bloating or bathroom runs
We made GUUDIES because we were tired of supplements that made us feel worse.
