One Daily Pouch vs Six Separate Supplements: A Factual Comparison
By the GUUDIES Editorial Team · Last checked 26 October 2026 · Figures for GUUDIES come from our published labels.
Disclosure: this page compares our own product. We have tried to show where buying separately is the better choice.
The short answer: a GUUDIES pouch puts six gummies, each with a declared dose, into one daily sachet. Buying six separate supplements usually gets you higher amounts of individual ingredients, especially collagen and mushrooms, but means six products to buy, store and remember. Which suits you depends on whether you need a specific high dose or a routine you will keep up.
What is in each GUUDIES gummy
| Gummy | Main contents per gummy | Vegan |
|---|---|---|
| Daily Greens+ | 14 vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D3 20µg, B12 24µg and iodine 38µg, plus a 200mg greens blend | Yes |
| Marine Collagen | 200mg hydrolysed marine collagen, 100µg biotin | No, contains fish |
| Mushroom Mix | Lion's mane, shiitake, chaga, reishi and cordyceps, each listed at 1000mg | Yes |
| ACV | 600mg apple cider vinegar with the mother | Yes |
| Sea Moss | 40mg Irish sea moss extract (50:1) | Yes |
| Metabolic | 90mg saffron extract, 25mg lemon eriocitrin, 200mg blood orange extract | Yes |
Five of the six gummies are vegan. Marine Collagen contains fish; you can leave it out if you need a plant-based routine.
One pouch vs buying separately
| GUUDIES pouch | Six separate supplements | |
|---|---|---|
| Products to buy | One | Six, often from different brands |
| Daily routine | One sachet of six gummies | Six containers; mix of tablets, capsules, powders or liquids |
| Collagen amount | 200mg per day | Collagen powders often give several grams per serving |
| ACV amount | 600mg per day | Liquid ACV is typically taken as 15 to 30ml |
| Choosing doses | Fixed per gummy | You choose each product and dose |
| Overlap risk | Formulated together | Easy to double up nutrients such as vitamin A, iodine or biotin |
| Sugar | About 2.4g across six gummies | Depends on format; tablets and capsules usually have none |
When buying separately makes more sense
- You want a high dose of one ingredient, such as several grams of collagen a day.
- A health professional has recommended a specific nutrient at a specific dose.
- You only want one or two of the six ingredients.
- You avoid all sugar, including the small amount in gummies.
When one pouch makes more sense
- You have tried several supplements and found it hard to keep taking them.
- You want a multivitamin and the other five ingredients without working out doses yourself.
- You do not want to swallow tablets or mix powders.
What the pouch can and cannot do
The Daily Greens+ gummy provides vitamin D, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system, and vitamins B6 and B12, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Biotin in the Marine Collagen gummy contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin. These are authorised health claims in Great Britain. There are no authorised health claims for collagen, functional mushrooms, apple cider vinegar, sea moss, saffron or citrus extracts, so we do not make any for those gummies. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet.
Common questions
Is one pouch cheaper than six separate supplements?
It depends on which brands and doses you would choose instead. Compare the cost per day of the specific products you would buy, and the amounts they contain.
Can I take GUUDIES with other supplements?
Check the labels for overlap, especially vitamin A, vitamin D, iodine and biotin, and speak to your GP or pharmacist if you take medication.
Is GUUDIES vegan?
Five of the six gummies are vegan. Marine Collagen contains fish.
Why are some amounts lower than single supplements?
A gummy can only hold so much. That is the trade-off for a format that is easy to take every day.
