AG1 Review UK: Price, Ingredients and Who It Suits
By the GUUDIES Editorial Team · Updated 25 October 2026 · Facts about AG1 are taken from its UK website on 25 October 2026 and linked below; prices can change. Claims checked against the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register.
Disclosure: we make GUUDIES, a daily gummy pouch, so we are not neutral. We have stuck to facts AG1 publishes and set out who it suits.
The short answer: AG1 is a greens powder with a long ingredient list, taken as one 13g scoop in water each day. It suits people who like a morning drink ritual and want one product with a broad mix of vitamins, minerals, plant extracts and probiotics. At about £2.64 a serving on AG1's UK site it costs more than a basic multivitamin, and the pouch itself lists no vitamin D, which the NHS advises everyone in the UK to consider in autumn and winter.

What Is in AG1?
AG1 combines a multivitamin and mineral base with plant powders and extracts, mushrooms, digestive enzymes and probiotics in a single scoop. The full list is published on its website. Because so many ingredients share one 13g scoop, many of the plant ingredients are present in small amounts, and some are grouped into blends. If one ingredient matters to you, check its amount rather than just its name.
How Much Does AG1 Cost in the UK?
AG1's UK site lists a 30-serving pouch at £79, shown as £2.64 a serving, with a subscription option and introductory extras that change from time to time. Over a year that is close to £950. Check the current price on AG1's price page before buying.
Is AG1 Worth It?
It depends on what you want from it.
- Worth it if: you enjoy a morning drink, want one product rather than several, and the price fits your budget for the long term.
- Probably not if: you mainly want to cover UK basics such as vitamin D, you dislike powders, or you are unlikely to keep paying for it after the first month.
A greens powder does not replace vegetables. The NHS says most people can get the vitamins and minerals they need from a varied diet, with vitamin D in autumn and winter as the main exception for everyone (NHS).
What to Check Before You Buy Any Greens Powder
- Vitamin D: is there 10µg (400 IU) a day for autumn and winter, or do you need a separate product?
- Doses you already take: high-dose B vitamins or vitamin A can stack up with other supplements.
- Blends: does the label give the amount of each ingredient you care about?
- Cost per day over a year: the habit only helps if you keep it.
- Safety: ask your GP or pharmacist first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or take medication, as some plant extracts can interact with medicines.
AG1 vs a Gummy Routine
| AG1 | GUUDIES | |
|---|---|---|
| Format | One 13g scoop of powder in water | One pouch of six pectin-based gummies |
| Vitamin D | Separate product | 20µg D3 in the Daily Greens+ gummy |
| Greens | Many grams of plant ingredients per scoop | 200mg greens blend, a top-up only |
| Diet | Check AG1's label | Five of six gummies vegan; Marine Collagen contains fish |
| Listed price | £79 per 30 servings | £64.99 one-off; lower on subscription (see current offer) |
A powder carries far more plant material than a gummy can. A gummy is quicker to take and every dose is declared. Choose the one you will actually take every day.
Where GUUDIES Fits
GUUDIES is one daily pouch of six pectin-based gummies. The Daily Greens+ gummy carries 14 vitamins and minerals, including 20µg of vitamin D3 and 24µg of vitamin B12, plus a 200mg greens blend. The others add Marine Collagen with biotin, a Mushroom Mix, ACV, Sea Moss and Metabolic. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, and vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Every dose is on the ingredients page, and each gummy has about 0.4g of sugar.
